All the clandestine traders require is the client’s phone number. They don’t take the address of the debtor and take request for any identity cards.<\/p>\n
It is feared that the dubious men could be Somali jihadists looking for soft targets in Sierra Leone because of the country’s previous role in peacekeeping operations.<\/p>\n
All landlords harboring foreigners should declare the presence of such persons to the police for proper scrutiny.<\/p>\n
