{"id":83390,"date":"2018-02-05T00:31:29","date_gmt":"2018-02-05T00:31:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sierraexpressmedia.com\/?p=83390"},"modified":"2018-02-05T00:31:29","modified_gmt":"2018-02-05T00:31:29","slug":"i-will-transform-this-country-sam-sumana-assures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sierraexpressmedia.net\/?p=83390","title":{"rendered":"\u2018\u2019I will Transform this Country\u2019\u2019 Sam Sumana Assures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Presidential Candidate for the Coalition for Change (C4C), Chief Alhaji Samuel Sam Sumana has assured the people of Sierra Leone for a positive transformation if he emerges as President in the forthcoming general election of March 7<sup>th<\/sup> 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Sam Suma made this assurance at the National Electoral Commission (NEC) headquarters on Thursday 25<sup>th<\/sup> January after going through his nomination and received his provisional Certificate.<\/p>\n<p>He described the process as transparent, credible and satisfactory and explained plans about his aspiration if becomes President come March 7<sup>th<\/sup>, 2018. He added that; he will focus on the transformation of the country\u2019s socio-economic growth through it social sector and ensure good governance and transparency in promoting democracy.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Sam Sumana promised to ensure discipline, dependency as well as transparency with the optimism to ensure equal opportunities, women\u2019s empowerment economic growth, good health service delivery, quality education amongst others.<\/p>\n<p>He expressed his dissatisfaction over the eleven years rebel war which he said was as a result of bad governance among other things\u00a0 and promised that if he becomes President,\u00a0 he will ensure\u00a0 that those gaps that were responsible for the civil conflict be addressed.<\/p>\n<p>The Former Vice President Chief Sam Sumana stated that his priorities as president will be provision of good quality health Service delivery, quality education, uplift the status of the disable, and improve on agriculture among others.<\/p>\n<p><em>By: Mohamed Y.
