Procurement Number<\/strong>: BoDC\/ADMIN\/MDA\u2019S\/002\/2016<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Government of Sierra Leone and other Donor Agencies have allocated funds to the Bo District Council for the Supply of Stationery, Spares for Vehicles, Tools, Assorted Building Materials, Computers, Furniture and Printing\u00a0 on framework contract bases <\/strong>for the Council and Devolved Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA\u2019s), now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of :<\/p>\n

Lot 1: (Supply of stationery): Supply of A4 Papers, Cartridges, Files, Flash Drives, Pen etc. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Lot 2: (supply of Spares for Vehicles): Engine Oil, Oil filter, fuel filter etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lot 3: (Supply of tools):\u00a0 Shovels, pick axe, rake, cutlasses etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lot 4:\u00a0 Supply of Assorted Building Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lot 5: Supply of Computers<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lot 6: Fabrication and Supply of School and Office Furniture<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lot 7: (Printing): T-Shirts, Manuals, Books etc<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bidders may bid for only one lot.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate Commercial and financial capability<\/strong> to supply the required items on framework contract bases.<\/p>\n

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Mondays to Fridays<\/strong>. Bidding documents may be purchased and collected by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SLL300, 000.00<\/strong> (Three Hundred Thousand Leones).\u00a0 Bids must be delivered to the office of the Procurement Officer, Bo District Council, Bo-Taiama Highway, Bo, Southern Province, Sierra Leone,<\/strong> and All<\/u><\/strong> bids must be accompanied by:<\/p>\n

  • Copy of Renewed business registration certificate<\/li>\n
  • Up to date N.R.A Certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Bids will be opened on Wednesday 4th<\/sup> May 2016 at 9:00am<\/em> (Sierra Leone Time)<\/strong> in the presence of bidders\u2019 or their representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room, Bo District Council, Bo-Taiama Highway, Bo, Southern Province, Sierra Leone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.<\/p>\n
