{"id":64629,"date":"2014-01-19T01:20:35","date_gmt":"2014-01-19T01:20:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sierraexpressmedia.com\/?p=64629"},"modified":"2014-01-19T01:20:35","modified_gmt":"2014-01-19T01:20:35","slug":"africa-success-isnt-restricted-to-the-usual-five-or-six-nations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sierraexpressmedia.net\/?p=64629","title":{"rendered":"Africa success isn&#8217;t restricted to the usual five or six nations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last week coach Rodolfo Zapata,<em> Argentine Football Association coach and former goalkeeper (in photo<\/em>) was invited by the Argentine Soccer Coaches Association to be guest speakers at their Annual Soccer Coaching Academy in Buenos Aires city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over 250 new coaches attended the Coaches Academy with the goal to improve their coaching technique for soccer skills and develop a healthy, positive attitude, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rodolfo Zapata encouraged the aspiring coaches to develop a plan that allows the players in their programs to express themselves, their talents and their freedom. \u201cEveryone sees soccer in a different way, and it\u2019s important to allow the athlete to express themselves. You can teach technique and you can increase fitness and endurance, but you can\u2019t teach the decision,\u201d coach &#8220;Rolo&#8221; Zapata said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his message to the coaches, Zapata expressed the importance of finding athletes who wanted to put in the work to get better and are\u00a0 not afraid of what it takes to win.\u00a0 \u201cMy main goal is to find players that can find the answer to win the game\u201d, he said.
