{"id":56217,"date":"2013-04-25T01:51:19","date_gmt":"2013-04-25T01:51:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sierraexpressmedia.com\/?p=56217"},"modified":"2013-04-25T01:51:19","modified_gmt":"2013-04-25T01:51:19","slug":"for-the-love-of-salone-is-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sierraexpressmedia.net\/?p=56217","title":{"rendered":"\u2018For The Love of Salone\u2019 is out!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Black Royalty Family<\/strong> (BRF) launched their debut album at the National Stadium Swimming pool last Friday, April 20.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The United States hip hop group, which comprises three members, released their album titled: \u2018For the Love of Salone\u2019 at their concert at the National Stadium in Freetown.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orlando\u00a0 Majic, a member of the group, told <b><i>SaloneJamboree<\/i><\/b> in an interview that the BRF is a record label based in the USA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Majic said the label also has other members from the region including two Liberians and a Nigerian with a total of 6 artists.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Majic said they decided to dedicate their album \u2018For the Love of Salone,\u2019 because they are proud to be Sierra Leoneans. He said: \u201cWe are from Sierra Leone and we are proud of where we come from.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The rapper went on: \u201cWe are doing this for the Love of Salone and what is better than to title this album \u2018For the Love of Salone.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He said the album comprises of 14 tracks and a bonus. He maintained that their \u2018Freetown Swagga\u2019 is the number one hit in town. He said \u2018Freetown Swagga and \u2018Going Back to My Sweet Salone\u2019 are part of the 14 track album.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He urges music lovers to get their own copies of the album but hasten to say that the album is in short supply. \u201cIt&#8217;s all about \u2018For the Love of Salone.
