The theme of the course is \u201cCatch Them Young\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Candidates with at lease 3 subject passes at Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) level, with a sound mind and character, may apply. Address all applications to the Secretary General, Western Area Football Referees Association (WAFRA), National Stadium, Under Stand Eleven, no later than the 31<sup>st<\/sup> January, 2013.
