{"id":51634,"date":"2013-01-06T04:10:35","date_gmt":"2013-01-06T04:10:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sierraexpressmedia.com\/?p=51634"},"modified":"2013-01-06T04:10:35","modified_gmt":"2013-01-06T04:10:35","slug":"president-koroma-warns-against-lawlessness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sierraexpressmedia.net\/?p=51634","title":{"rendered":"President Koroma Warns Against Lawlessness"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">President Ernest Bai Koroma spent his Christmas and New Year holidays in Makeni and Kabala where he issued a stern warning to lawbreakers whilst addressing a group of illustrious Sierra Leoneans at a dinner held in Makeni and the Awards Ceremony organized by the Koinadugu APC Support Group.\u00a0 <em>(Photo: HE President Ernest Bai Koroma)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The President asserted, \u201cfor the good of all, I have taken action to discipline lawbreakers as tough laws are needed for the good of the country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">President Ernest Koroma has sounded a strong warning about how his second term will be like and from all indications; he is determined to take tough decisions that will be in the best interest of the nation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the Head of State, who was popularly re-elected to steer the ship of state for another five years, \u201clawlessness has not only increased but is a threat to the development of the country.\u00a0 Furthermore, no country can prosper in the midst of disorder. You have voted me for my second and last term and I thank all those who voted for me. But please I want you all to realize that this is going to be my last term and I\u2019m all set to leave a legacy as a former President. We will do more in our Agenda For Prosperity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He warned; \u201cin the process, I\u2019m now ready to part company with friends and relatives. No more business as usual. It doesn\u2019t mean that because I did not jail any politician or journalist in my first term, even in the midst of rudeness and lawlessness, the same will continue. I\u2019m warning those who have ears to hear. I wish you all a prosperous New Year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>By A. R.
