{"id":49259,"date":"2012-10-26T04:09:20","date_gmt":"2012-10-26T04:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sierraexpressmedia.com\/?p=49259"},"modified":"2012-10-26T04:09:20","modified_gmt":"2012-10-26T04:09:20","slug":"change-of-system-for-payment-of-uk-entry-clearance-fees-from-1-november-2012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sierraexpressmedia.net\/?p=49259","title":{"rendered":"Change of System for Payment of UK Entry Clearance Fees from 1 November 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From 1 November all applicants for UK Entry Clearance must have paid the relevant application fee in to the British High Commission\u2019s account with Standard Chartered Bank <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">before<\/span> they attend the British High Commission and submit their biometrics, application form and supporting documents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The appropriate fee must be paid in person Mondays \u2013 Friday between 09:00-15:00 at the following branch in Freetown:<\/p>\n<address style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>STANDARD CHARTERED BANK SIERRA LEONE LIMITED<\/strong><\/address>\n<address style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9 &amp; 11 Lightfoot Boston Street<\/strong><\/address>\n<address style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Freetown<\/strong><\/address>\n<address style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sierra Leone<\/strong><\/address>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No other Standard Chartered Bank branch will be able to accept payment for UK Entry Clearance fees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PROCEDURE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The person paying in the fee must show Standard Chartered Bank:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the confirmation of appointment email for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">each<\/span> UK entry clearance applicant, containing a unique Appointment Reference Number (always begins with \u201cVAR\u201d);
