{"id":48495,"date":"2012-10-06T19:24:06","date_gmt":"2012-10-06T19:24:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sierraexpressmedia.com\/?p=48495"},"modified":"2012-10-06T19:24:06","modified_gmt":"2012-10-06T19:24:06","slug":"cluff-gold-re-brands-to-amara-mining-plc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sierraexpressmedia.net\/?p=48495","title":{"rendered":"Cluff Gold re-brands to Amara Mining plc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cluff Gold plc has officially rebranded to Amara Mining plc to reflect the start of a new era for the company as it moves closer to its goal of becoming a larger gold producer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company is about to reach a number of significant milestones at its assets in Sierra Leone, Cote d\u2019Ivoire and Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is not a takeover of the company, Amara Mining plc is the same company as Cluff Gold plc with the same management, operational teams, shareholders and assets, Mr. Alusine Jalloh Country Manager of Cluff Gold Sierra Leone told the press in Freetown.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He said \u201cAmara is a word of African Origin which also means grace, eternal, and immortal, the Cluff Gold plc logo has also been changed to a fern which is a West African adinkra (symbol) that represents endurance and resourcefulness,&#8221;
