{"id":40862,"date":"2012-05-17T21:35:53","date_gmt":"2012-05-17T21:35:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sierraexpressmedia.com\/?p=40862"},"modified":"2012-05-17T21:35:53","modified_gmt":"2012-05-17T21:35:53","slug":"three-indictments-issued-on-slrta-4him-and-lands-ministry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sierraexpressmedia.net\/?p=40862","title":{"rendered":"Three indictments issued on SLRTA, 4Him and Lands Ministry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Anti-Corruption Commission on the 15<sup>th<\/sup> May 2012 filed in the High Court of Freetown the following indictments:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">An <strong>eighteen (18) count indictment<\/strong> against Josiah Paris, owner of the Universal Media and Advertising Agency, Kelphala Yansaneh, Mohamed Tejan Kella and Albert Sombey all three officials of the SLRTA. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A <strong>twenty (20) count indictment <\/strong>against Rev. Hassan Mansaray and Abdul Aziz Bangura, the General Overseer and the Accountant of 4 H.I.M, Sierra Leone.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A <strong>three (3) count indictment<\/strong> against Joseph Chochoma Karim Tommy, a surveyor of the Ministry of Lands, Country Planning and The Environment.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The indictment against Mr. Josiah Paris and the three officials of the SLRTA alleges among other things the misappropriation of Public Revenue and Funds totaling <strong>Le 343,854,000 <\/strong>(three hundred and forty three million Leones eight hundred and fifty four thousand Leones).\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Rev.
