{"id":38745,"date":"2012-04-17T15:56:29","date_gmt":"2012-04-17T15:56:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sierraexpressmedia.com\/?p=38745"},"modified":"2012-04-17T15:56:29","modified_gmt":"2012-04-17T15:56:29","slug":"man-47-rapes-girl-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sierraexpressmedia.net\/?p=38745","title":{"rendered":"Man 47 rapes girl 13"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Monday 16th, April 2012, Ibrahim Kamara an alleged rapist appeared before Magistrates Komba Kamada at Court No 2, on three counts charges ranging from Indecent Assault contrary to Section 9 of the Prevention and Cruelty to Children Act Caps 31 of the Laws of Sierra Leone 1960.\u00a0 Count two, Abuse of young girl contrary to Section 7 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Children Act Caps 31 of the Children\u2019s Cruelty Act of the Laws of Sierra Leone 1960.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ibrahim Kamara sometime in February 2012 at No 100 Pademba Road, Freetown in the judicial district of the Western Area of the Republic of\u00a0 Sierra Leone unlawfully and criminally\u00a0 harassed a girl below the age of 14 years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The 13 year old explained in court that they were cooking when Ibrahim Kamara, the accused person told her to meet him at night in the pantry which she did. She told the court that Ibrahim requested that she spend the night with him. She said Ibrahim forcefully raped her.
