Flag-bearer aspirant of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), Mohamed C. Bah yesterday told Sierra Express Media in an exclusive interview that he has all it takes to change the economy of Sierra Leone.<\/p>\n
He said he will make reasonable adjustments by stabilizing the inflation level and boosting a multiplier effect of the currency which in turn would shape the level of poverty that is biting the masses of the land harder.<\/p>\n
Consequent to the fall of Sierra Leone\u2019s economy, he states, the country has a current standing of a 17% of hyper-inflation, the highest in Sub-Saharan Africa, when compared to countries like Ghana with 6% inflation rate, Liberia 9%, Gambia 7% and Guinea racing closer with a 15% inflation clause.<\/p>\n
However, the NDA aspirant noted that the country\u2019s GDP is negligible and it requires a sound mind like him to cushion the effect from where the masses are going to be freed from the claws of poverty.<\/p>\n
Mohamed Bah said he is a grassroots man who has helped the people of this country in many ways where he is residing at Atlanta Georgia, in the United States of America.<\/p>\n
He said further that his organization recently shipped kids\u2019 items in a container which he donated to the Milton Margai School for the Blind. \u201cThese developments ensure my love and commitment to the people of Sierra Leone\u201d, MC Bah noted.<\/p>\n
On the NDA proper, Bah dismissed the Fullah factor which he said has always bedeviled their image. M C Bah said that since their inception in 1996, NDA has had an inclusion of tribes across the country, religion, region and gender balance. He paid tribute to the founding members whose names include, Christiana Baimba, Suffian Kargbo, Amadu Jalloh, Sannah B. Marrah and others all hailing from different parts of the country.<\/p>\n
Mr. Bah ceased the opportunity to announce that the National Democratic Alliance is holding its delegates\u2019 conference on the 13th<\/sup>, 14th, and 15th<\/sup> of April, 2012.<\/p>\n He said if chosen, he would beat his title contenders from the other parties to establish his rule by prioritizing three areas which are youth unemployment, water supply, and trade in order to improve the economy.<\/p>\n He concludes by saying that the National Democratic Alliance\u00a0 party is not an affiliation of any political party and that the party is set to be very strong\u00a0 in contending with\u00a0 the ruling\u00a0 APC party and\u00a0 also the main opposition, the SLPP.<\/p>\n Stay with Sierra Express Media, for your trusted place in news!<\/strong><\/p>\n Flag-bearer aspirant of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), Mohamed C.
