Presidential aspirant of the opposition Sierra Leone People\u2019s Party (SLPP), Usman Boie Kamara yesterday blasted the ruling APC for overindulging into its old aged \u201cdreadful\u201d political games.<\/p>\n
\u201cStop the dreadful politics APC,\u201d Usman Boie blasts. \u201cHow for goodness sake would stooges disguising as writers of the APC We Yone Newspaper symbol me as inciting youths to go against government.<\/p>\n
The SLPP big man however frowned at what he calls \u2018reckless journalism\u2019 and said that the \u2018We Yone\u2019 publication of a story that is uselessly libellous of him, is seemingly a strategy by core members of the ruling APC\u00a0 to bring his reputation down.<\/p>\n
It could be recalled that the We Yone Newspaper recently published a story in which it alleges that Usman Boie has been machinating action of the National Youth Commission (NYC) into having them impose 21 days ultimatum on the government for the recent change from the imperial to metric measurement of fuel oil.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am an unsoiled and spotless politician,\u201d Usman Boie said, \u201cAccusing me of having hands to any dissent by members of the NYC seems baseless, unfounded and jittery of a party which boasts it has brought perfection to the lives of ordinary Sierra Leoneans.\u201d<\/p>\n
He stressfully told this press that recent amplification of prices of petroleum products has left Sierra Leoneans with no option, but outright disapproval.<\/p>\n
It is a fact that Sierra Leoneans have had painful days purchasing petrol at a much higher cost owing to current price increases.<\/p>\n
The APC \u2018We Yone\u2019 publication of Monday 23, with banner headline: \u201cDid SLPP Presidential Aspirant Influence NYC Strike Action,\u201d has been damned by a reasonable number of persons, who in a straight line suffer hardship owing to the recent fuel hike.<\/p>\n
