It is believed that the advent of what is seemingly the Complaint, Discipline, Internal Investigation Department (CDIID) was meant to halt woeful actions and conducts of police officers.<\/p>\n
The truth manifests itself this past Friday when police sergeant 4732 Kargbo, who is attached to Shell Police Post Kissy, in broad day light, took off his police shirt, calling for a fight with a man supposed to be a complainant in a matter under investigation.<\/p>\n
Our reporter was at the scene and here is what she says: \u201cThursday 10th<\/sup> March was an important day for the traders. In light of this, I was left with no option, but dashed to Kissy Shell community to basically observe how the mood of traders looks like.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe urge to get news from the police overcame my thoughts and I was quick to reach Kissy Shell Police Post.
