{"id":17130,"date":"2010-12-04T09:01:22","date_gmt":"2010-12-04T14:01:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sierraexpressmedia.com\/?p=17130"},"modified":"2010-12-04T09:01:22","modified_gmt":"2010-12-04T14:01:22","slug":"odriscoll-rates-dumbuya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sierraexpressmedia.net\/?p=17130","title":{"rendered":"O&#8217;Driscoll rates Dumbuya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Doncaster manager Sean O&#8217;Driscoll told rookie defender Mustapha Dumbuya\u00a0 <em>(in photo) <\/em>that he can be as good as former England international Paul Parker!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The 23-year-old Sierra Leonean born in Britain joined Doncaster Rovers last summer following spells with non-league outfits Wingate &amp; Finchley and Maidenhead United.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since breaking into the Rovers team against Hull, Dumbuya has gone on to record 10 first-team appearances and O&#8217;Driscoll is tipping him to go all the way.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;He&#8217;s not streetwise in the sense of what you need to do with the football,&#8221; he said. <strong>&#8220;He&#8217;s got instinctive skills, we&#8217;re just trying to add to that generally, but he&#8217;s got blistering pace.\u201d<\/strong> I keep saying to him I joined Fulham at 22 and Paul Parker was a youth trainee and he reminded me so much of Paul Parker.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;I keep saying to him Paul went on to play for Manchester United and England, so the world is his oyster&#8221; &#8230; <em>Sean O&#8217;Driscoll, Doncaster Rover&#8217;s manager.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, this weekend their match with Barnsley was called-off due to the bad weather conditions in the United   Kingdom.
