National Coordinator, Talented Young People Everywhere (TYPE-SL), was arraigned before Magistrate Ganda of the Port Loko Magistrate Court to answer to two count charges of insulting conduct and defamatory libel.<\/p>\n
Given his testimonies, complainant Mohamed Kamara, told the court how accused Ibrahim H. Sahid sent him a letter that was full of invectives.<\/p>\n
He revealed how the letter contained disrespectful words directed at him.<\/p>\n
The accused, in whose presence, listened to the reading of two count charges against him and later pleaded not guilty on all.<\/p>\n
The trial which commenced past Tuesday saw journalists queuing wells of Port Loko courts desperate to witness hearing between Ibrahim Sahid and Mohamed Kamara.<\/p>\n
Defamatory libel, according particulars of offence, was core to complaint before the court for hearing.<\/p>\n
It could be recalled that there had been accusation from TYPE-SL that complainant Mohamed Kamara received Le 200.000 from a contract bargained at Le 800.000.<\/p>\n
That Mohamed Kamara after receiving part payment of Le 200.000 to cause the facilitation of a workshop organized by TYPE-SL melted in thin air and was never seen<\/p>\n
This, to management of the forenamed organization, was criminal and uncalled for.<\/p>\n
It has reached this press that TYPE-SL intends taking legal action against Mohamed Kamara.<\/p>\n
Accused was later granted bail in the sum of Le 5 million.<\/p>\n
